Charlie Sheen's Daughter Sami Sheen Says She Got Her 'Dream' Nose Job (2024)

Sami Sheen is getting the face she's always wanted with the help of a new nose and talented plastic surgeon.

The 20-year-old OnlyFans model -- and daughter of Charlie Sheen and Denise Richards -- revealed on Tuesday that she'd undergone a Scarless Nose Rhinoplasty surgery from a specialist in Beverly Hills.

Sami took to TikTok to share a slideshow of snapshots from before and after her operation, and explained that she's "wanted a nose job for the past 5 years."

"I would have to Photoshop every single photo I took because it photographed horribly," she wrote, alongside past photos she's posted to social media. "Just sooo droopy and too big for my face."

So, after finding a doctor she felt comfortable with, Sami decided to get the nose job done, and she she shared a number of photos of herself in the facility, rocking a hospital gown and smiling.

"I was so nervous, but at the same time I was extremely excited," she wrote, before sharing a post-op photo of herself in bed, with bandages over parts of her face. "Surgery went amazing & way quicker than I thought!!"

"I did feel extremely nauseous from the anesthesia and pain meds which happened my last surgery too," Sami captioned a photo of herself resting after the procedure. "So I guess my body is just super sensitive to that stuff."

Sami previously underwent breast augmentation surgery in November, and expressed how painful and difficult the recovery was following that procedure as well.

In her final pic, Sami celebrated her decision to get a nose job, and shared a beaming selfie -- in which her still-recovering nose is hidden behind beige bandages -- and wrote, "It's only day 2 of my recovery but I already feel like a new woman and I'm so so happy I finally got my dream nose."

Samiannounced in June 2022that she'd joined OnlyFans. At the time, her famous father expressed his disapproval for his daughter's career,through his publicist, Jeff Ballard.

"She is 18 years old now and living with her mother. This did not occur under my roof," the statement read."I do not condone this but since I'm unable to prevent it, I urged her to keep it classy, creative and not sacrifice her integrity."

In response, Denise reiterated her daughter's right to her own choices and autonomy, sharing with ET, "Sami is 18, and this decision wasn't based on whose house she lives in. All I can do as a parent is guide her and trust her judgment, but she makes her own choices."

Amid social media backlash,Denise took to Instagramto reiterate her support for her daughter.

"To be able to ignore the negativity at her age? It took me many years & I still sometimes struggle. I'm in awe of her ability to be able to shut out the noise. Because it can destroy you," Denise wrote. "...Is there really a difference posting a picture of ourself in a bikini on IG? We've all done it. Because you get paid on Only Fans? I'm pretty sure IG & Twitter & Facebook do quite well off of all of us. Is it so bad to control it & monetize it too? I'm sorry, but s**t if I can get paid and at my age? To see me in a bikini?!? God bless you. Perhaps I should open my own account."

Denisedid just thatshortly thereafter,later revealingonSiriusXM'sJeff Lewis Livethat she did so to support her daughter.

"The reason why I wanted to join was because she got so much backlash for that, that I didn't think it was really fair," Denisesaid."I've done things in my career, I've donePlayboyand obviouslyWild Things,and I've done sexy shoots before promoting movies and stuff like that. Sometimes people say negative things -- well, a lot of times they do and a lot of times they don't -- and I thought this is not fair that she would be getting this much backlash when a lot of people post stuff like that even just on Instagram. Not to take it as far as you can take it on OnlyFans, obviously, but still. It's like, I just felt that it was not really fair for her to get that kind of backlash."

In the wake of Denise's statement,Charlie changed his tuneon his daughter's new career path, saying that his ex's point of view "illuminated a variety of salient points, that in my haste, I overlooked and dismissed."

"Now more than ever, it's essentialthat Sami have a united parental front to rely upon, as she embarks on this new adventure," he said. "From this moment forward, she'll have it abundantly."
