Denise Frazier Dog bestial*ty Controversy or Denise Frazier Dog Snapchat Video refers to the controversy surrounding a series of viral videos from Snapchat that led to the arrest of 19-year-old Mississippi woman Denise Frazier on the charges of animal cruelty in early April 2023. The videos, as well as others that are believed to be in the custody of police, show several explicit acts done to Denise's dogs, including alleged intercourse. As news reports of her arrest spread online that month, the shock videos and Frazier herself were frequently referenced in social media posts, including general reactions, memes and other commentaries.

Background

According to reports,^[4] the Jones County Sheriff's Department received a tip about the video being posted on Snapchat in February 2023, which subsequently resulted in Denise Nicole Frazier's arrest and further evidence gathering on April 3rd, 2023. The evidence gathered by police is reportedly not something they can discuss publicly with the ongoing investigation, but Sergeant JD Carter of the Jones County PD said, "In my 17 years in law enforcement, this is one of the most disturbing cases that I've ever investigated" about the matter.^[3]

On April 6th, the Ellisville, Mississippi local news station WDAM reported that Frazier's bond was set at $25,000.^[2] That same day, she made her first appearance at the Jones County Justice Court where she was "perp walked" after the arrest.

As word spread of Denise Frazier online, additional social media posts referencing her alleged animal cruelty were uncovered weeks prior to her arrest, purportedly from local people who knew her. For example, on March 8th, 2023, TikToker^[6] they.luv.jade06 posted a video stating that her Snapchat account was banned that month due to "a girl she knew" who "f***ed her dog on camera," notably using the hashtag "#denisefrazier." The video (seen below) received over 230 likes and 134 comments in one month.

Due to the circ*mstances behind her arrest and the viral nature of the video, numerous scams and bait-and-switch videos have been posted pretending to be one of the several claimed to be in possession of the police, with no official leaks or sources showing the true videos in question. However, it didn't take long for internet users to start making memes referencing Frazier. For example, on April 7th, TikToker ChayBoomington^[1] posted one such meme, receiving over 20 likes in 17 hours (shown below).
